1. Cancellations

Due to the nature of our platform, cancellations are subject to the following terms:

• Orders for physical products can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
• Donations made for religious services or rituals are non-cancellable as they are immediately allocated to the cause.

2. Refunds

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• Refunds for physical products will only be processed if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof (photos, receipts, etc.).
• Donations and intangible services (like rituals, pujas) are non-refundable.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Replacement Policy

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Please contact our support team with necessary details.
